WHAT OUR CLIENT SHOULD KNOW?

  • STEP 1: CONTACT US

    Book an Appointment or Make an Inquiry


    ✔   Open every Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

    ✔   Weekday sample collection schedule, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

    ✔   For weekend/holiday schedule (Upon Request).

    ✔   The client would have have to pay Additional an ₱500.00 for weekend schedule and would need to deposit a partial payment of ₱ 2,000.00 (through bank) , a day prior to the client’s preffered schedule.

  • STEP 2: DNA Sample Collection (Buccal Swab)

    The participants should refrain from any of the following at least one (1) hour before the sample collection to avoid contamination of samples due to residues:

    ✔   Food

    ✔   Flavored drinks (e.g. coffee, juice, flavored water, energy drink, etc.)

    ✔   Brush teeth

    ✔   Smoke

  • STEP 3: DNA Samples will be sent and tested in the laboratory of DNA JAPAN, INC.

    The DNA sample will be shipped to DNA Japan, Inc. for DNA testing and analysis.

  • STEP 4: GET YOUR DNA RESULT

    ✔   DNA Genes PH staff will immediately contact the applicant as soon as the result is ready for releasing.

    ✔   For DNA Bank you can expect the result in 15 – 20 business days (not including shipping time, weekends, and holidays).

    ✔   In the case that no message has been received after 15 – 20 business days, please contact us.
